Tracy, a sophomore at Saint Joseph’s University, is from Doylestown, PA. She started volunteering at Sunday Suppers a little last fall as part of her service-learning philosophy class her freshman year. “After I completed my first year of service at Sunday Suppers, the team gave me and the other volunteers the Sunday Supper’s cookbook and told us how much they appreciated our service, when all I could think was how much I appreciated the opportunity to be a part of the program. I still use that cookbook to this day!” Tracy loved Sunday Suppers so much that after her service learning was completed she stayed on as a volunteer!

Linda is always determined to provide the best service and is hilarious, almost nothing gets under Kristin’s skin and she always treats everyone with the highest level of respect, and Hope works hard to ensure smooth service while also being one of the kindest souls I’ve met. Sunday Suppers provides amazing and healthy meals, food education, and an opportunity for the amazing families who come to Sunday Suppers to bond over these meals.”
Tracy’s dream Sunday Suppers menu would be an all vegan menu with tomato basil crostini, chickpea veggie burgers with sweet potato fries and vegan dark chocolate covered bananas with crushed peanuts.
“My favorite part of Sunday Suppers is leaving my hectic life at school to be with people who care for food and other people just as much as I do.” She can’t wait to continue volunteering with Sunday Suppers!
Not only is Tracy dedicated, friendly and kind, but she is Chef Kristin’s all star assistant in the kitchen. Sunday Suppers would not be possible without Tracy!
