Red Cabbage with Caraway

Olive Oil
1 onion sliced thin
1 small head cabbage
2 ts. caraway seeds
Salt and pepper, to taste

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, add onions and cook on low until soft and beginning to brown. Sprinkle with caraway seeds and some salt. Add cabbage and water. Cover until cabbage is soft. Season with salt & pepper. Serve hot.
