* 1/4 cup nonfat Greek-style yogurt
* 1 garlic clove, minced
* 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
* 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
* 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
* 4 tablespoons Parmigiana cheese
Salt and freshly ground pepper
In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk in the oil and cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Toss with romaine lettuce and croutons.
